PRODUCTION SYSTEM
A factory operating system for recipes, lots, packaging and traceability.

I build systems where
code meets reality.
Reality doesn't have
clean APIs.
Mine began with a real operation.
Several systems began inside businesses operated day-to-day by my family. I helped imagine them, invested in them, and built the software behind them.

Tenant zero was an aesthetic practice.
Then it became a platform used by independent professionals every day—appointments, clients, money and communication living in one place.
Products move. Stock changes. Kitchens get busy. Money has to reconcile.
A factory operating system for recipes, lots, packaging and traceability.
Started inside distribution. Grew across inventory, sales, payments and fiscal workflows.
Started as order intake. Expanded until it became the complete point-of-sale operation.
it became infrastructure.
The first systems went live.
Software entered the daily operation.
Real-time systems coordinated pumps, gates and safety thresholds.
Inventory, routes, factories and payments became one connected problem.
New interfaces. Same obsession with complete systems.
Software didn't just display information.
It changed the physical world.Mariano designed the system. Mr. Tato found the undocumented behavior.
